Ms. Angelia Dunbar is a 2nd generation real estate investor. She began her career in real estate as a mortgage loan officer, originating loans in Dallas TX. In 2005, Angelia became a mortgage broke then launched Serenity Mortgage. Armed with the resources needed to become a real estate developer, Angelia began purchasing vacant lots around Dallas, hired contractors from her network to build single family homes, then sold for profit. After a decade of developing single family homes, Angelia was ready for a new challenge. In 2019, she was presented with an opportunity to develop a 30-acre parcel of land in Prairie View, TX. It would include apartments, townhomes, grocery & retail. Angelia values people and has a genuine desire to provide them with affordable, sustainable, and safe housing.

Mr. Cornelius Coleman III is a 2nd generation real estate investor. He has 20+ years partnering with leaders in corporate America, local/federal governments, professional services and spiritual institutions. While leading in these arenas, he continues to gain extensive experience in how to excel in complex and diverse environments. Cornelius is the founder and owner of Abiyah Enterprise LLC, a management firm in Grand Prairie, TX. He also serves as CFO of Lonestar Speedway in Kilgore, TX and Disciple Central Community Church in Desoto, TX. In 2017, Cornelius began his real estate journey by helping to develop single family homes in Dallas, TX. His expertise, skillset, and most importantly his desire to help others make their dreams happen drives his real estate career.
